GermanHaus is infamous around these parts
Next steps...

Purchased my first turbo in May. I did the Tubi exhaust (I like in MA, so couldn't do the straight pipes), I have decided to go with GIAC tuning, what would be the next 2-3 things to do to improve performance? Was thinking intercoolers, and work my way into actually getting the turbo's, and manifolds, etc. at some point, but not all at once, unless a great deal comes around. Love some thoughts on this.

GIAC is vey high on the intercooler as the "next step" beyond the basic tune. Garret (the G of GIAC) must have suggested I add the intercooler about 10 times when my car was at GIAC shop.
So:
Stage 1: Tune
Stage 2: Add Exhaust
Stage 3: Add intercooler
Stage 4: Turbo.

You might want to consider using AWE Tuning - well known and trust-worthy GIAC tuner. Close enough to where you are?

Hmm. You could choose that path in modding- or you can wait till you get a complete package. Intercoolers were one of the first mods after my exhaust, and at the time were great with my entry level VTG kit- Now I am in debate of upgrading my intercoolers further to 4.5" or 5" rather than the entry level 3.5" upgrades a lot of tuners have to offer.

But if you are on a budget and want some great mods- you should get a pair of VTG turbos along with a set of intercoolers- putting you at around 700hp @ the crank! check the 997 Vendor section for some good prices on upgraded VTG turbos

i would think most tuners would want the exhaust done first so that the tune can take it into account...at least thats my experience

any tune i have ever had has taken mods into account

Of course - that's why most people start with stage 2.
My "list" is for the sake of nomenclature only; stage 1 = tune only, no exhaust.
