Why do you need moderator approval? People post reviews of goods and services all the time letting other members know of good (and bad) experiences. (i.e. this dealer did a great job at blah blah blah)

I don't believe it is a commerical post if it comes from a member simply advising other members that "I purchased this wheel at XXX and they did a great job".
