Bugs love my radiators

Had the turbo out recently on a really windy day. I can not believe how much debris, bugs, and leaves went into my raidator.

Took a look at the DIY, including removing the bumper. I think I'm going to go the shop vac(modified nozzle) route for now. I was thinking of running a hot pressure washer on them after vacumming?

Long term Im also looking into adding the mesh screens but I think even with them you're still going to get the bugs.

Any other suggestions that have not already been discussed in previous threads?

When you have the bumper off you can also separate the a/c condensers from the rads and really get the crud out. A lot of debris collects in there.

Spray the radiator openings with OFF before you leave.

[the advice above is the best ] Screens should help, but those who have done this are better qualified to respond.

Not planning on taking the bumper off just yet. Look like my modified shop vac/blower assembly worked, next step is a throrough wash.
