I have a 997 turbo that has an erratic idle while it's in park or neutral when the engine is warm. The rpm drops to about 400 and quickly recovers to normal idle and it keeps doing this. However it idles fine in gear.
I'm planning to take the car into the shop, but would like to know what the problem is first and if there might be a simple fix to this.
Any advice would be appreciated.
