First time Porsche buyer - 2007 TT CPO - Pricing advice

Hi,
I'm a first time Porsche buyer. I'm looking at a couple of low mileage 2007 CPO's TT. These are all fairly basic - manual, black/black, sliver/black, grey/red - <10k miles. My budget is about 85k. A couple of questions....

What's a good pricing estimate? 80k?

It appears that dealer pricing varies a great deal and the KBB value is approx 10k less than what the dealers are putting out. Is there room for negotiation?
82k - 90k

I think I want to keep the car for a year - is the market strong for these? Will be losing a ton of cash after a year on the 2007 TT?

Any other things I should be aware of? If you know of any good cars in the market, happy to have a conversation.

Looking forward to your replies.

Thanks a bunch.
