Yep, both the 997 GT2 and GT2 RS peak at 6500 rpm. The 997.2TT is also rated at 6500 rpm. And all three have the expansion style intake manifold.

Thanks for following the GT2 RS build thread so far!

You followed along as we fabricated an Exhaust and Headers, and recently added G.I.A.C. Software. You saw how much performance we unlocked from a vehicle that really doesn’t leave much on the table even in stock form. Now it’s time to hear the AWE Tuning GT2 RS’s war cry and watch the massive 325/30/19 Michelin Pilot Sport Cups struggle for traction.

Enjoy!

Sounds *REALLY GREAT* for a Turbo, as we all know there are some inherent challenges there to improve the sound/tone! Well done!

The GT2 RS Power Packages from AWE Tuning. For those who think that the best just isn’t good enough.

It’s official. The GT2 RS Catalog is Live.

Power Package 1-
The AWE Tuning GT2 RS Exhaust and specifically calibrated G.I.A.C. Software are paired together to deliver respectable gains of +9hp/+100tq for a total output of 629hp and 626tq on 93 octane. These gains are safely made while still retaining the stock turbos and Intercoolers.

Power Package 2-
The AWE Tuning Exhaust and Headers are paired with G.I.A.C. Software to safely deliver 646hp and 629tq on 93 octane, with max gains of 96hp at 5250rpm and 107tq at 4650rpm while remaining on the stock Turbos and Intercoolers.

The pieces contained in these packages are also available for purchase separately within the GT2 RS section of AWE Tuning.

The AWE GT2 RS Power Packages are now available to the public. Porsche Specialists are standing by at 1.888.565.2257, 215.658.1670 or performance@AWE-Tuning.com

We hated to see it go, but we loved to watch it leave. Fast.

Over 650hp, now terrorizing the East coast.

Ya, but it still doesnt have as much go-fast juice as one of his other sleds...lol. Though this may be my favorite of his "little" collection.
