Need help finding a car......
I know what it is! You forgot the stash of cash in the frunk under the CD changer??? Gold lined fenders perhaps?? :-)
The title to the dealer is what is troubling. But why wouldnt he say "sold overseas thank you now go away"?

Good luck...
(children not included). Got to say I'm rooting for you.. hope to read you pulled it off without getting ripped off.
Good luck.
If you could have gotten the TTS with manual do you think you would have kept it? Or is there something about the character of the Gen 1 TT that you miss. I have read that Gen II seems somewhat too refined as opposed to the rawer Mezger Gen 1.
gt1 and the g50 tranny, tough combo.
Here's the deal, I've always wanted a turbo. When I finally got to a point where I could easily swing one, I ordered one, speced exactly how I wanted it (blue on blue, who does that?), etc. My accountant suggested I lease it and run it through my practice, buying it at the end if I desired.
That was the plan.
When I went to do it I basically got talked into the bright new shiny TTS, and I flipped my poor old blue beast with 70k miles.
Within 6 months I regreted the decision andflipped it for a panamara 4. Now I'm on the hunt.
I fear that Gene may be right and the dealer exported the car to Lord knows where, I can't find any other reason why a dealer would title a car after having it for two months.
Thoughts?
Plan B,,,ain't got one!

TTS to Pana 4
....and now back to digging up old (blue) bones buried. The TTS surely couldn't have been that bad to swap it out for a Pana (no offence to Pana owners). Sheesh! Chris you really need to take a breather on this before you can move in a forwardly direction, and one that you're likely to remain happy with longer than for just a few months. Just as well these cars are cheap over in your parts
.Fwiw let go of the past or you'll never be able to move forward. Btw have you driven a 991s
....a manual of course
....may tie you over meantime 991tt.

Good luck in your search.
I think you'll enjoy starting a new (used GT2) project though. Would likely give you something new/exciting that you couldn't get from the last car and challenge you in a way you'll grow to appreciate.
