Help deciding

Hey guys I thought I would ask for some of you guys expert advice. I have been a TT fan for many years especially the 993s. I am toying with the idea of buying a newer one. I have never owned a Porsche before. My past cars include two M3s, Ferrari 355 Spider, 2 Z06s(slightly modded) and a 2010 ZR1. I love to drive fast and I do take them to the track occasionally(road and strip). I get used to the speed easily though. My ZR1 wasn't fast enough for me at the end. If I do get a 997TT I will likely need it modded. I am not looking to pay 175K for one though so I am looking at the 08-10 MYs. What would it take to get one faster than my ZR1. I ran a best of 10.8@133 at the track. Both my Z06s ran hi 10s as well.
My son is lobbying hard for a convertible and I would like something I can put the kids in so my options for a 4 seat convertible that is wicked fast are pretty limited to a 997TT. My son is 6 and my daughter is 5 so I assume they will both fit back there. I'll probably get a PDK as I am looking to do a lot of traffic driving and the last GT2 I drove had a clutch I wouldn't want to live with in traffic. I drive my cars 12K+/yr so that makes a difference. I wouldn't mind buying a modded car either. I mod all mine anyway. I guess my main question is how much does it take to make a TT run 135mph in the QT. That would be a good start for me. Are there tuners that sell packages? Is there a difference in the ability to tune a 997.1 vs 997.2.
Thanks ahead of time.
