Mine have been in a few weeks now -- no codes, no problems.

Now...please put together a kit that makes these activate with remote activation / interior lights like my angel eyes do on my E46 M3. I set this up after I got my M3 about 6 years ago and I don't recall the details of what I did but this should help you understand what I'm talking about.

Throw on another $50-$100 for the additional relay parts and DIY instructions if you want.

You'll have a number of people that order the additional components once they see how awesome it is to have the LED bar activate with their key remotely and my consulting advice on is obviously free so you can turn a little profit on it

You want them to be switch activated instead of ignition power on activated?

The BMW guys figured it out. I think it is just a matter of putting together the right diodes and relay. Not an electrician so I wouldnt attempt to pioneer it myself
