P43's Satin Charcoal. I think the black wheels, black car is kind of played out. I'm happy I went with these.

$7k in HRE wheels and they dont draw the eye at all.

I much prefer something bright enough to see. See how the wheel is visibile even under overcast lighting?

will look good in anthracite/gunmetals/darker silvers

very cool works in bronze

full polished

I'm fully aware that real life has more dynamic range then photography but i think the effect holds. Really nice wheels just don't look really nice in anything but direct bright light when black, especially when not glossy. Glossy black on glossy black is also kind of boring looking imho. Not a fan of painted bright silver, as many times it's kind of a dated look right now.
I guess I'm dated.....oh well.
I do agree about the black on black, lose all the detail.
Here's my old car in basalt with black gt2 wheels, can't even see em.

Attached are pics of my Champion wheels on my basalt black car. I get many compliments of the black on black look. BTW, wheels where powder coated basalt black to match the exterior.

I'm having this dilemma now haha, have a Atlas grey car and bought some GT2 RS wheels, can't decide what colour.

Either as they are, that light gold colour, or gloss / satin black. I quite liked black but reading this thread put me off lol.

As it stands now:

What an awesome car color. I went with meteor but atlas is beautiful. Never got to see it in person.

What colors are you leaning towards? here is atlas and stock silver:

atlas on HRE's darker silver.

Be kind of interested in seeing a dark bronze-charcoal. I definitely vote for not-black.

I've also done the plasti dip route, but it didn't really turn me on.

You pretty much nailed it right there man. Of course some fanboy will get mad at you LOL. Totally agree why spend 3k a wheel and not even be able to see it.
