Correct Wheel/Tire Fitment?

Ordered a set of Champion wheels for a 996tt but just decided to sell them to a friend with a 997.1tt. Is the fitment okay for a 997.1tt?

Front wheels= 8.5"x19" ET: 53
Front tires= Michelin PS2s (235/35/19)

Rear wheels= 11.5"x19" ET: 44
Rear wheels=Michelin PS2s (305/30/19)

Stock offsets on a 997TT are 56mm front, 51mm rear.

So 53mm for front and 44mm for rear would just be an aggressive fitment but doable?
