Mysterious item in Turbo S glovebox

Does anyone have any idea what this is? I found it in the glovebox when I took delivery of the car. Dealer doesn't know either. Looks like some kind of scouring pad.

Has to be for some type of repair kit item, for either leather or suede or something like that. Def dont use on paint or wheels

Yes it a small scotch brite pad to touch up your brushed aluminum. works great.
