First steps and first fail
The time you mention for a tip is not on par with many others we have done. Then again this is the first I have been informed of your experience. I'm sure 20 or so tips from even Kuwait could offer some input on times stock or with an exhaust etc.
Besides adding an exhaust a TCU upgrade with rev increase cuts down the time allot.
Perhaps you could send me your name and VIN to look at what was sent to you.
Best Regards,
Scott

I be happy if you give me money back, or send me some headers or other hard wear stuff
after that I may say with clear soul: softronic do good job! I don't like his tune but I have money back and am happy!
My tune was no cats 93 octane tune. No check lights, nothing! When I ask about data login, I receive clear answer: no you can't do logs with your cable! This cable only for tune! For logs and diagnostic you need bye some special cable!
Only one month ago I find this cable, try do diagnostic and data logs and I was surprised! It's work!!! But why company told me about other cable???

I found your file and you had purchased it through Vivid and flashed it July 2011 about a year and half ago. Ive never spoken to you until now in this posting so I would not have told you that the cable wouldn't log the car. I cant speak as to the conversations that you had with Vivid so perhaps they did. Any Porsche cable with the Durametric sticker on it will log the car.
The file that was asked for was a 91 file and not 93 at first in July 2011, you had the intake and exhaust done already at that time as per the notes in the read out. Later in the first few days of October 2011 you asked for a 93 file in which was sent yet these can often be a problem in your location as the fuel isn't always 93 yet closer to 91. Using this type of file can be an issue without true 93 as what I send to Kuwait and other areas in the region. The plugs can also be an issue if they are old. The file is an older one yet based on a Porsche B730 and I recommend that it be updated to a B740 series now as it works the best. The NA cars are using a B742 series. The 730 and 740 series files in 91 or 93 do work better than a 12.00 though. Perhaps the other company updated the file for you. Unfortunately W/O any data logs etc I can only speculate and the file is not in the car either since you had it flashed again.
Best Regards,
Scott

and I ask vivid, can I do logs? Answer was no!About mods I have: cai and stock exhaust but no cats!
About octan I test 91 and 93 at 98 and 100 fuel. I told about best result.
After that I found other tuning company, I say him I have softronic softwear. Answer was : we need stock file. So I return my car to stock. i read stock file via other, non durametric cable device and send stock file to this company.
After I tune the car by other company.
I understand you. You think I'm bad guy who want do flash for free ))
You know I always was man with clear soul and always be that's kind of man. I'm not a cheater.
If I have choice be with clear soul or be with some $ in my valet, I pick up first.
Witch data you need? Or I may ask this company to send you official letter about it.
You can not see if I flash car agean? I thnk when I flash I need be connect to Internet and I send some data? No?
So my car now is not softronic car. Give me some instructions about how I can prove it and I do this.
And if I prove it, what we do next?
PS: sorry my English not perfect
but I'm try
No, I'm trying to tell you the stock headers are not bad and might not be necessary to go and spend money on headers if you don't need them.
I look at stock and at tune and not see supper dupper difference... But if I have good offer, why not?Or, I may make some budget changes and get injector + exhaust! No headers!
My dream now is fast car without any internal upgrades, I think at this forum you call this like that right? Some strokes kits, some pistons, bearings... And other

What temp and elevation were you at when running those times. What was your average 60ft time?
It's been stated and I agree, I would simply add exhaust and ECU/TCU tune.
You'll find some of the quickest tips here run in the mid to high 10's with this setup.
Not sure your objective (qtr mile time) but if it's to get in the 10's then save some $$$ and try this first.
May be a mute point though depending on your temps, elevation, fuel, etc.

noOther tune was perfect! W/o any data logs

Should you want to read your car out again Softronic will send you an updated file. The times that you stated are not what your fellow members in the region have been getting. Would you like to re -read the car out and update with some factual times? data logs etc? I honestly think that if you want the best times this is a win win. I would not charge for any new files and have not in the others either. I would like all data logs posted and checked to my server for flashing etc. This should all be public or not if you prefer ..... send me an email on your thoughts or issues.

As a member who recently ordered your tune it would be great to hear your expert thoughts on this individuals claimed problems. I have my cable and plan to flash my car after I install my europipe exhaust and I've pretty much only seen and heard great things about the softronic tune so it is surprising to see a dissatisfied user
thanks in advance
