Input on CPO with some repairs - intercooler brackets and brake pads
Thanks for all of the info. I did not request the DME on the car because we decided to move on with some other vehicles. Found out this one had some front paintwork done as well so we decided that it wasn't a match for what we were looking for.
We are pretty meticulous with our cars and keep them a long time so want to find one that is fairly pristine and one owner and willing to wait to find the right car. We also want blue, burgundy, or white and non black interior AWD which narrows choices down considerably.
Again, appreciate all of the input! The search continues...

Merry Xmas
I don't agree with other posters that the 20k rear brake pad wear is normal or ok for a car. That's very low mileage. For comparison, my car has 53k miles on it and has done a decent amount of track time and I'm still on my original rear brakes. They're pretty much shot right now, but I'm at 53k miles. Along similar lines, my last 911 (not a Turbo but a 996 C4) still had about 50% pad thickness left in the rears at 30k miles when the fronts wore out.
I do agree that the brackets would seem to indicate some mods at some point.

Let me know if you need some rear pads. I have a couple of very lightly used rear sets if you need a cheap set.
