DME with different format - how to interpret

I am looking at a CPO car and asked the dealer to give me the DME report today (see attachment). They sent me a long report with a section that has M block numbers 1 thru 6. There are hexidecimal values in blocks 1 and 2 and blocks 3 thru 6 are empty.

I was expecting to see ranges with ignitions and hours. Has anyone received a report in this format and if so, know how to interpret and read it definitively?

Thanks!

P.S. -I did email the dealer after getting this to see if I could get the output that has ignitions/hours but waiting for the response on that request. The report that contained this was over 60 pages long and had a massive amount of detail on the car in the form of diagnostics.

Finally devoured my complete report and found the correct DME info in the lower part of the report. Will post separate thread asking for input on the correct format DME...
