Pricing for mid mileage 07' 997 TT?
I am looking a an '07 997 Turbo and would like to get some feed back on pricing. Main stream color combination, basic options (inc. Sport Chrono), very good condition, 2 owners, 45K miles, records. What should my target price range be on this?
Thanks!
Thanks!
Basically a high mileage car, but I don't think you'll find one less than 60k. If it is cheap with that mileage there is a fair chance it needs a clutch, plugs and maybe tires and brakes. The first two will set you back $3k plus. Lower mileage '07's are typically about $80k. Some are around for less, but they probably have stories. Most that are $80k have stories too!
spot on, if it's in the $60K range then it is in poor shape either cosmetically or mechanically or both. If it is running strong and looks clean inside and out then you're in the $70K-$75K range
Also will depend on if you want CPO. Most cars have mileage in the 20k's. Also, from where you are, you will need to decide if you are willing to travel or have a car shipped. That will also add to your price. TT's are not that plentiful and finding the right one can take time. In your area, you will be very lucky to find the perfect one, versus in one of the major metro areas. Good luck with the search!

65-70k for what you're looking for at the 45k mile mark. You could get a lesser mile car for mid-low 70s I suppose. Anything sub 60k is going to have over 60k miles, etc, etc.
Examples with less than 10k miles and all the right options are in the 80s+.

45k is High mileage for a 6 to 7 year old car? yikes.... the bigger question for me would be has it had all of its services done and what does the DME look like... if both those are good than the car should be fine.
I paid $72k for 44k milescCPO car with mt and good DME report. I saw cheaper cars.. But they had bad DME reports and where beat down...

There are a lot of factors... and probably a good $10k "grey" area. I would be surprised at any price from $65k up to near $80k depending on condition, location, options, etc...
I paid around $80k for my '07 with 26k miles. Probably on the higher end but that's the hand I was dealt.

But honestly at that price point your choices will be limited. If you can come up to $70K then you will at least 2x your choice of cars
