I still love my car !!!
I'm back !!!
The break from posting was a good thing .
I still have my Turbo even though i haven't driven it much.
At 14800 miles I took the Turbo in for new plugs and a major routine service and the car is running phenominal .
While there I chatted about the upcomming 991 Gt3 and Turbo , looked at the 991 cars as well as the Cayenne GtS . It was great to be surrounded by the cars I love and while driving home I though about the years with this car . I thought about the quality posts which originally led me to here .
So i peeked and am glad I did . I see that despite 6 years which flew by so many here also still love their 997 Turbo's too.
I sometimes think about a 991 as a replacement to my M3 but I already had two 911 cars at one time and it's just so impractical . Thus far I have not seen any car which led me out of my 997 turbo .
It's good to be back .

Welcome larry. I think you've went awol around the same period as myself lol.
Anyway good to hear your around and the TT is still doing it for you. Looking at todays options it hasn't been a bad move preserving the car. Mines of similar mileage and i plan also to hold it for a while by look of it..

welcome back Larry! I'm also still enjoying the love affair with the car. Still got some snow on the ground up here so I'm patiently biding my time, but the anticipation is building. May just have to start her up just to hear the sound of the beast.
