+1 Sunset is good and shipping is cheaper for those of us on the west coast. plus their prices are good and they'll match suncoast if needed

i've ordered quite a few parts from sonnen and never had any bad experiences. sorry to hear bout your bad experience maybe you should give them a 2nd chance.

thats a harsh word to say, as if you red their responds Neil apologized and said the person is no longer with the company. they ask for a 2nd chance to make it right.

IMO THIS IS MORE THAN FAIR (apologizing in a public forum).

Not the first time I have heard of issues with them, but point taken on being harsh.

 

I've used Sunset in Oregon for yrs- great service & prices.
i'm in Honolulu so shipping is costly here using UPS/FEDex- Sunset will ship items using Priority mail flat rate box which is cheapest shipping. Their prices are cheaper for most all parts. I also bought Fidelity Warranty from them for wife's boxster S- their price was best by far & no sales tax.
Used Suncoast in Fl once but they'll only ship using UPS/Fed Ex which cost a fortune to Hawaii.

 

glad to hear that this bad experience has been addressed. i for one have had nothing but stellar customer service from sonnen.

 

Only stellar comments would come out of my mouth about Sonnen Porsche including Greg, Neil, Gina and the rest of the team. Great people to deal with. Been doing business with them for over 5 years.

I have also done business with Sonnen Porsche and have had a very good experience with their price and shipping. I am on the east coast and have received all my orders in a timely manner. The schematics on their site also help you find the "right" part quickly.

I have not dealt with the folks yet but heard about them from some others, who have also faced similar situation that you faced. What I would suggest you is don’t stick with someone, keep some other options as well with you and after inspecting important aspects like price, shipping and all then make your purchase.

Don't scare me .. I'm just ordering over 3K of parts from Sonnen ...freight itself its 300 because of the size/weight ..

I'm kinda sad that I ben told that I will get no discount .. but so far ... they have been great ?... I will keep you guys posted
