That's what I do but when I click on engine It says the cable is not ready...

I'd get the pocket reader from sears bc you're durametric isn't working.

just go to the tool dept, they have automotive diagnostic tools, one is a pocket obd2 code reader that can also erase codes, less than 100$. "accutron" or something.

Almost guaranty that it's not softronic tune and more likely your spark plugs, or an O2 sensor. Those are usually the culprits.
But yeah - first step is get the error code.

I just bought the car 3 months ago with 39k miles so i don't really know when was the last time.... but as soon as i go back to Miami i'm changing the Spark Plugs

What are the best spark pug for the 997 TT flashed with exhaust? i bought NGK Iridium IX Colder Spark Plug but i was reading about Denso Double Platinum Spark Plug

Denso or ngk !! Both are good to go !
I used to install NGK bkr7eix (2667) on all my customers cars which i tuned by softronic !! With zero issues !

I went with NGK. No issues so far......

Much easier to change these with the exhaust off.
