We have typically used the Siemens 83lb for the 68mm's.

Probably way more than any of us need, 800+ would be my bet.

And, can I do just exhaust, intercoolers, and 65 billit VTG Turbos? What other mods are needed?
You'll be fine with your stock system and stock injectors with the 65 billet VTGs. You'll need 80lbs injectors if you go to 3071 or 3076 turbos at 1.6 bar or more.

Maybe a 5bar FPR is suitable for an upgraded VTG kit. Some tuners use it, some don't.
