AMS ALPHA 9 Performance Package: Promo Video!
Who's going to get my $20k this summer?
Before AMS announcement, I 100% positive I was going with the Switzer P800 package for my 997.1. Now with AMS latest development, I'm 85% positive, they'll be getting my $20k this summer. Why 85% instead of a 100%, let's just say I strongly believe competitiors are lurking, which may present a competitive advantage for the consumer. That being said, it will definitely be Switzer or AMS, because I believe they are simply the best after studying numberous reviews and testimonals.
Thanks for sharing. Did I read it correctly that the car hit 7700 rpm at 59 seconds into the video, or is that just the tachometer's inaccuracy?
I'm aware some tuners increase max rpm to 7200 but didn't know 7700 is possible with this engine?

Is there any particular mod you have to do to the engine so it could handle the higher rpm?
Fantastic results,great car
Are you sure that the rods can handle all this power and torque without problems??
I m asking you because I installed A30 last week and I m afraid to run more than 1,3bar on 996tt platform.
I like very much your new ic!

We appreciate the positive feedback on the kit. We have worked hard to bring what we feel is the most complete package to the market.
The turbo's non vtg Alpha 28 based.
please let us know if we can answer any questions for you

+1!!! 100% will be doing something this winter! Gonna be a tough choice.
Nice man. Good luck with it and keep us updated please. Where you located? How many miles on the car so far.
I know you have been enjoying it!
Alan thanks again and it was a pleasure working with you. We look forward to seeing the car back later this year for a checkup and few tweaks.
I believe he's at 2500 miles in a little over a month

Ahhh...I'd been wondering why no-one used a28s on a 997tt. There are many members with it on the 996tt but it seems many here go to a30s. It seems to me that a28s offer the boost response of the vtgs with more power.
Is the Sachs II.5 clutch kit able to "cope" with this setup? I have this on my car, as well as the AWE exhaust. Are all the lines to the turbo included? Is there much modification needed?
