Sure sounds like you have very capable people working on the car. Last thing I would check is to see if the shock mounts haven't been reversed or something. I haven't working on the Porsche yet but when I did my M3, there was a forward facing pin which fit through a guide hole. If you didn't have it correct like I did. This pin would impede a flush install to the shock tower and could produce a gap of 5-6 mm. Not to mention could screw up your castor.

had this issue when i went back stock (my TT was on H&R ) and i tried almost everything no luck

so i just went with a set of bilstein coilovers with H&R sway bars verdict car much much better in handling and ride quality was superior and more sporty than stock

the disadvantage was activating sport mode wouldn't do that much really lol almost same without it, telling or feeling any difference is hard (at least to me )

Thanks. Wow that's a lot considering how big of a change 10mm is. I was thinking maybe 5-7 mm.

on stock suspension our turbo can have up to 10 mm. from side to side deference.It is a factory tolerance.Everything it's constantly changing- amount of fuel, weight of the driver etc,All four springs in "stand by position" are not exactly perfect and identical ,specially when a car has some miles on it .Once you put some stress on them while driving the difference between them minimize . In other wards if we could measure our car hit while driving 55 mph. it probably will be perfect on four corners.

its probably not the springs at all.
its probably the ANGLE of your rear camber on that one wheel which gives the illusion that the car is sitting lower on one side than the other.
