I'm one of the guys who leaves the bumper on, I've done it both ways, not dramatically easier.

Thought I might post some photos of what it takes to rip these puppies apart ..at least what I did to install the Fabspeed exhaust Looks messy....But you can do it if you take your time, and be patient...And try not to throw tools or anything...Oh yeah...and penetrating oil is your friend!
