Anyone around middle town can tell me what I am in for enforcement wise? Wondering if I should throw the plate into the tow bar hook or run without it as I usually do.

I have a built in 9500ci that I will most likely power down in CT. If I jam a gun and he finds the unit what will the officer do? Ticket, rip it out? Radar is illegal to use in CT, but is laser detecting?

Not sure I understand the question. But think asking if a radar detector is legal in CT? Radar detectors have been legal in CT for probably over 20 years. I don't know about laser detecting. I cannot answer about front license plate, but my gut you should be OK. If travelling 4th of July weekend, I would not speed as rodes are well patrolled.
