Car not running right-Tune? MAF? Help

Just recently upgraded to CMS 65mm billet turbos and appropriate tune from GIAC to support the upgraded turbo and mods. From time to time the car will idle rough, revs dip low, stall at traffic lights and even stall in between shifts during normal driving conditions.

During hard pulls and full boost, the car will sometimes run awesome and other times it feels like its breaking up in the higher RPM range. Boost stays at or above 1.2 bar and does not drop off.

Mods include CMS 65mm turbos, GIAC tune, bmc filter, werks1 intercoolers, agency power straight pipes, 5 bar fpr, sachs 2.5 with lwfw and spark plugs.

Have you logged with a Durametric cable?, without logs it is just a guessing game for everyone...

Don't own a durametric. Looks like I should own one.

Boost never drops off.

Idle shouldn't be affected by a boost leak. Can't say that I know what it is, but given what you've said a boost leak is not the root cause (although it could be a contributing cause).

Cable should suffice...but you'll need to download the Durametric software and run in a Windows (Bootstrap or Parallels) environment.

Where can I find either of those two programs? Is one easier to operate than the other?

Bootstrap is part of Mac OS. Parallels you have to buy.

Once you have some data logs, feel free to email or PM me and we can make sure it's all sorted out.

They mean Bootcamp, not bootstrap. It's pretty easy, if your not a very advanced computer user it may be easier for you than Parallels or VMWare - plus it is free.

Bootstrap sounds more apropos but you're right it is bootcamp. I use Parallels so both MacOS and Windows can co-exist. With Bootcamp, they don't.
