Oil and Coolant Temps Normal, but OAT is 138 degrees

Oil and Coolant Temps Normal, but OAT is 138 degrees
My outside air temperature just read 138 degrees on a 75 degree cloudy day. Oil temp is normal at 200, coolant is 175. Is something wrong with the gauge/sensor or is it reading what it’s supposed to? It’s never shot up to this range before even after hard driving, so my guess is something’s off. Where is the sensor for the OAT gauge?

It's in the front wheel well area i believe ,i had the same thing happen to me a while back.
