Is PCM2 in 2008 997 GT2 "Sirius Ready"?

Getting ready to take the plunge to get Sirius radio in the GT2. I don't need Bluetooth (tooki) or XM, I just want to add Sirius. I already have iPod from the factory. From what I've read, options are either the Nav-tv setup, which runs about $900, the Dension 500 similarly priced with really mixed reviews, and a third potential option from Car Toys- http://www.cartoys.com/products/prod...enna/attr/desc

In the Compatibility section of the link, it says the headset must be "Sirius Ready", "Satellite Radio Ready", etc. Does anyone know if the PCM2 is this? If so, it looks like this solution could be a plug n'play. Thanks in advance.

Read the FAQ info in the CarToys link - it defines "Sirius Ready" and tells you what to look for. Also, look at the install instructions for the Nav-TV module and you'll see that you have to tie into the MOST circuit...so I think you can say the PCM2 is not "Sirius Ready" as defined. I have the Nav-TV installed in my 2008 TT - a little quirky at times but gives me access to the 5 or so channels I want.

I added this to my '08 GT2. It is XM but since the "merger" I don't think there is a difference. Not sure why you want Sirius but not XM.
