IPD plenum install question

Hey guys, I finally dove into installing my IP 82mm plenum/Y-pipe on my 997.1 and a have a few questions. I tried calling IPD today but couldn't get thru to anyone.

My plenum was purchased used and did not include the check valve. I went to a few parts stores today looking for a check valve that would work but did not find any in the right size. Anyone know a part# of one that will work? I have the car torn apart and would like to put it back together tomorrow.

Also, what hose are you guys using to connect the Y-pipe to the 82mm throttle body? I bought a OEM GT3 hose but it seems to me a little short. I checked IPD's site and did not see any mention of the hose.

My TB came with a hose. Has IPD stamped on it in white.

So you have the IPD 82mm plenum and TB and their 3" high flow y-pipe?

Yup, have both.

Here is a pic of the GT3 hose next to the stock 997.1 hose below. I am thinking of locating a silicone hose but like the OEM hose as it has the ridges that lock it in place.

"Both" or all 3 items?

- plenum
- throttle body
- high flow IPD y-pipe

Me too but so far I only have the TB and Plenum installed because I want to do the y-pipe and mafless fender well intake setup at the same time.

So I guess I can't help you with the hose in question, sorry.
