Yes. Apparently you can even purchase the module to install the steering wheel to control the stereo

Hi there, was curious if the diameter of the wheel is that of the stock one? Wondering if the view of the instrument cluster is reduced?

Yes same diameter as stock one. However the view of instrument cluster is slightly reduced because it's much thicker than stock but it doesn't bother at all.
