Found LARGE wet spot behind the Diff opening. The diff was glistening with an oily substance, I took a pic and sent it to the dealer and am waiting a response.

I had a very bad experience with Porsche Calgary. Both the people that were extremely unprofessional were managers, neither of whom seemed to have any training in customer service. I have written a five page letter in preparation for registering my concerns with PCNA. Although I have not yet sent this, I will and was told by my dealer locally, in Edmonton, whom I trust, that PCNA takes customer service issues very seriously.
I don't know what to recommend in your circumstance, but thought you might be interested to know that is seems PCNA treats these matters seriously.

I've filed a complaint with PCNA and was told upfront that they couldn't much since it was privately owned but they will forward my concerns to the local rep and he/she will follow up with the dealer. PCNA also said I may not hear anything back either way so basically don't hold my breath and I never receive any acknowledgment from the dealer but did get a letter from PCNA...
They could not allow the dealership to buy cars... oh well. I really dont think I can own a porsche in this area if this doesnt get worked right.

I feel bad for you and the situation. Just looked on google maps - and only one P dealer in Calgary? I'm sure you would have went to another if there had been.
Incompetence is not something many businesses get in trouble for by the parent. I've seen (as we all have) so many of these situations basically getting swept away. 'If you don't like it here, go somewhere else'. The usual way we can 'punish' an incompetent business is by not spending CAD or $$ there...I guess that is not an option here.
Very curious to see how this turns out and best of luck.
