Switzer E911 Wins Shift Sector 1/3 mile roll racing event
What an Event! There was so many awesome cars out there. Lots of tough competition, but I was able to bring home the trophy. I was able to get some good runs in with some of the 6speed guys as well. I raced Longboarder's modded 997 TTs, Ken's Champion 68mm built tiptronic 997tt, BBi's 997tt alpha3076 (on Hoosiers with carbon seats,no backseat, and the new cobb tune and also had my girl in the car with me), McLaren (Put 10 cars on), Built Firebird with a 150 shot, Ford GT500 making 1,000whp, Buschur built PT 6466 Evo making 1xxx, and I was able to Win every race!
It was my first event with the car, It took 3-4 runs to really get comfortable. When I raced longboarder and Ken's Champion 68mm car I was trapping 155. As the event went on I just kept getting faster. I was eventually trapping 162.68, which qualified for the final four for the event.
First match in the final four was the Alpha 12 GTR (on 91 octane) vs Ford GT500 (1000whp). The GTR misshifts and the Ford GT500 was gone. Then I raced the Evo, as soon as we hit the cones I jumped him hard for a 2-3 car length lead and I was gone from there. In the finals I raced the GT and we hit the cones at 50mph and He spun right away and by the time he got traction I was GONE! Goes to show you it doesn't always matter what you make. It matters what you can actually hook with.
I'm glad to take the victory home for the Porsche Guys and Switzer Performance. They built me an incredible car. Not one issue the whole day. Run after Run she only got faster and I can't crank the boost because my car doesn't run with a boost controller. Lots of guys kept trying to turn it up.
I'm very impressed with the setup. Me and my fiancé drove there 255 miles on street tires. Competed against cars that were fully built making 1000+ to the tires on drag radials and we WON! Goes to show you how well these stock motors perform with the right tuning. Most of the day I was driving with the luggage in the car too Lmao. After the event we drove 255 miles home, most of the big power cars were being trailered.
Big Thanks to the Switzer family and Crew for building an amazing machine!
Here's a list of cars from the Event: (The Ford GT500 was not making 750whp as listed, he told me 900, and his friends said 1000 and the EVO was not on the list as it was a late add I believe)

Congratulation you deserved it . You were very patient with its build and now you are being rewarded
Congrats Anthony! Your car is not only crazy fast and reliable but also an awesome looking ride as well!
The Porsche crew did really well and all of our cars drove there, gave it 100%, and drove home without a hiccup. Can't say the same for a lot of other cars that participated.
Hope to see you at NFZ Ft Shafter at the end of March and Shift S3ctor Coalinga in April.

Idk, that's what he said after the Ford GT500 beat him. Supposedly he made 1300 to the tires.

Congratulations Brother, and thanks to put the Porsche community way up, I am the guy with the Meteor gray Porsche with black/red turbo wheels, as you mention before these are awesome machines with a lot of potential as daily drivers.
My best time was 130.88 with just aftermarket headers exhaust and cold air intake, actually this past Saturday I received the Softronic tune which I'am about to install this week and some other mods that are sitting in my garage.
See you around......
