Emissions Insections - Modded Porsche TTs

I was wondering (before I start mods) what everyone does to avoid problems with emissions inspections on their modded cars.

eg Catless exhaust systems, flex fuel, modded ECU tunes etc.

Has anyone in NY failed the annual check and if so how does one get around it

I intend adding E85, larger injectors, IPD Plenum, Y Pipe, exhaust and maybe upgrading turbos (down the track) on a 997.1 TT

Either have a shop that is friendly do the inspection, pay someone extra to pass you, or have the performance shop install a "false" cat for the inspection to pick up
