PCCB issue?

Hi guys. Starting recently when i depress brake pedal sometimes, it feels like car is not stopping as usual. Especially right after car wash or rainy day. It feels like it is slipping really bad. I had to press the pedal really hard. Couple incidents it made me freak out. I am going to take the car to the shop, but any idea what might be the problem? Is it related to moisture? Also, sometimes when my car sits for a week or more, the break pedal feels stiff until I turn the ignition on. Thanks!

When the brakes get wet and haven't been used in a while (driving down the freeway) it will take a couple seconds to get any stopping power back. Completely normal. I have only noticed it in very heavy rains or after a wash. Definitely noticeable, but I wouldn't say its dangerous IMO.
