You should also log knock if possible. When I get to a computer I would be happy to take a look.

Log in 3rd doesn't look bad at all! Boost is up above 21.5 psig but other than that the timing looks pretty good, doesn't look like it is knocking too much.

Might try and get a log in 5th gear to see if we can figure out what the data is seeing to help figure out what is going on.

Let me know if I can help with anything!

Thanks,

-Mitch

Off topic slightly what are the main differences between both the hardware and software you used back in 2008 and today? Obviously everything is refined and improved over time but are there any major differences? Should someone with 2008 hardware and software immediately upgrade to the latest kits in your view and why? Many thanks in advance. IMI A

On a 997TT not much has changed on the hardware. Some of the early cars used 63.5mm compressor wheels, and we soon switched to 65mms that we use to this day. I believe everything else is largely the same.

The software has been updated in some cases. If someone had a car (almost any of our kits) that was last tuned back then, I would recommend running the VIN/records by us to see if it's still current or if there are improvements to be had. There have been periodic updates in driveability, midrange power/response, and emissions compatibility depending on the tune.
