Thanks!

No leak check yet but very confident it won't. I have not put the trim pieces back as I will check for leaks when I wash the car.

I will dig up my old e-mails and let you know. It was in Europe somewhere but I'm sure you can get any machine shop to make one. I did most of the leg work by telling them the exact dimensions as I measured the hole in the glass etc.
