Cargraphic made a badass carbon set of tips, but it seems they discontinued them - they probably melted in the heat! Anybody else seen any nice carbon ones?

I actually prefer it that way, but this is strictly personal taste.

You will be fine with it; it has been among the most popular tips for a reason, and if it could be had for $500, then even better. Simple, round, fill the hole, doesn't break; that's all most people want out of the tip, and that's what you get with the Fabspeed. The double round opening somehow reminds me of the round exhaust of space shuttle, which I like.

PS: BBI tip above looks cool too! Note how the construction/look of the 2 tips are very different: Fabspeed rolls in at the tip, where as BBI looks like a straight cut across the pipe.
Thanks for your post.....I actually prefer the subdued look....btw your car looks great..or those 19s

IMO the nicest tips are the OEM 997.2 tips.

here's my FVD. the tips are staggered like the BBI tips, but don't protrude form the bumper as much.. i prefer it to the fabspeed tips which are a little thicker (not the circumference, but the actual metal gauge thickness)

heres a clean pic and a dirty pic (i keep em dirty, i think it works better with the look of my car).
