Steve this is a great post ....thanks for all the info.....my next group of mods will be these..with the addition of intercoolers... I was driving my car today and I could fell that choppy tip in that you describe at 3500 rpms....has this been helped ....btw have you ever dynod your car........rep points for you neibor ...john
Thanks John. I havent dyno'd this one. (yet)
this is a great mod, and you can actually feel a difference. (i havent been able to feel a diff with diverter valves, air filters, and intercoolers ((atleast at this power level), but the pipes are noticable.

Agency Power doesn't make them at all.
It would be beneficial on the 997.2 as well since the OEM inlet pipes are pancaked in the same manner.
Hey...Thanks for doing the post! I ordered and installed them today. I was a little impatient and did it before I came in from the garage after work
I already have the car on the lift and torn down for the GT2 RS IC's coming next week. I just lowered the motor and squeezed those puppies through. Great quality and nice fit. A bit hard to get that vent tube on the driver's side!
I do have a question for you OP...I attached photos and was wondering if yours are rubbing, touching the bracket too? It seems it would take a while to wear through that thick silicon, but both sides touch the bracket. Was wondering if I need to fasten something to the back side of the hose so it does not rub a hole?
Just curious on thoughts.
Thanks!
DC
PS...These things are huge compared to the OEM and the quality is excellent as well as the fit and finish! Cannot wait to get car back together to test them out after the IC's arrive .

Rock I gotta say your a wild man. what do you have the disassembly down to ten min at this point. Is there any way to attach (zip tie) a piece or rubber to the hose to protect it. Or is it possible to cut maybe a 1/4 or 1/2 off the end that attaches to the turbo to pull it away from the frame. I wanted to do this mod but the hoses just didn't look like the would fit where the stock pipes were.
cheers

I assume I am not special, so was also just wondering if others noticed that as well?
Thanks again...Happy Holidays!
