Since my last post in this thread I have had the Cobb ID1000 injectors put on, the stock 3.8bar fpr put back in, coolant lines pinned, numerous boost leaks sorted out, camshaft actuator changed. Further boost leaks sorted out. And here we are. Thankfully the car is running well again and the pbox run above was done with a full tank of gas, 60ish degrees outside, and even a slight uphill. I did a few runs and they are very consistent. I must say that my goal was for consistent 3.0s 60-100mph on pump gas and it looks like mission accomplished. The car is very easy to drive, smooth, predictable, etc...

There is fairly minimal knock sensor activity on the datalogs. There is certainly some performance being left on the table (compared to some previous versions of the tune) but I believe this is probably close to the safe, repeatable performance limit of these turbos on pumpgas. Based on what other people have posted, one could expect 2.6-2.7s 60-100 on e85 or racegas with these turbos so I'm quite satisfied with this result.

lol...zzzzz

The point of the run was a 3rd gear datalog and I just ran the pbox at the same time so I didn't speedshift into 4th. It's getting harder and harder to get a 60-130 run done for many reasons. I will try to get one at some point but no promises, lol.

Thanks Dzenno, I was quite pleased with it. The other run I did was a 75-110mph in 4th gear starting off at 74.5mph. I did it in 3.7s. This simulates a highway pull and there is a big difference (0.6s) on the 68s vs the 63vtgs.

Good stuff. When you get the o2s and MAFs refreshed we can review/adjust anything necessary. By that time you might be planning for a 3.8 build as well and we can turn things up
