Dry rubber seals will also creak/squeal when torqueing the body. Did your car come from a dry climate? They could maybe need a little lubrication.

Car has been in Maryland it's whole life. Previous owner kept it in a garage for 2 years. But this could be correct what you are saying anyways. I will try it next time I take it in for service.
