No one mentioned Titan?
What's wrong with these - 4 x $76.40 - seems to be priced right.

The titans are the ones I had issues with. I just had them swapped out for what is supposed to be the correct ones so I will see if they work next week. Do yourself a favor and call a dealer with your vin for the oem number. Then call whoever you are buying them from so you get a good match. Also my Indy said they could not program them with the piwis because they were not eom.
cheers

I heard that the ITM (after market TPMS, 433MHz) has issues for 997.1 Turbo. So it is best to use OEM ones. is it correct? As I need to change them fast and I don't want to buy the wrong ones.

The best thing you could do is call any dealer and give them your serial #. I know there is more than one type in the 433hz style. They will give you your oem part number (for cross reference) and then you can be sure you get the right ones from whoever you decide to buy them from.
Cheers

I know the parts # from dealer. it is 99760602101. However, 2 ITM distributors told me that there are some issues with ITM TPMS to fit 2007~2009 997 Turbo, but no issue with 997.2????? is ti correct???? ITM price is really good comparing to OEM's. Can anyone inform me that the UPC# 9453585 (in the OEwheels site) will fit 2007 997.1 Turbo?

You might ask them what they mean by "fit" issues - are they saying the module won't fit inside the wheel - I doubt that is a problem since the modules fit inside other Porsche wheels and the inside geometry of the TT wheel isn't any different. If they mean doesn't "fit" because the sensor won't read then that's a different problem. Surely ITM has sold to other TT owners and should know what will work and what won't work. Keep at them with your questions.

I mean if the ITM sensor will work on the 997.1 or not, as even OEwheel sales told me that ITM might not work..... but I heard people said they are fine... it is weird and I am very confused.

I used the titans and still have issues with them resetting all the time. I don't know about the ITM that you are referring to. How much cheaper than oem are they? If its not a substantial savings I would find a place that sells oem for a good price. I know oewheels had oem for a decent price.

Avoid the confusion and concern then...just pay extra and get the OEM sensors. As a % of what you paid for your car and what you'll pay for other maintenance, it's a small price.

That is so true. I have already bought the OEM ones to stop all the guessing.

We have a 2005 BMW M3 ZCP here, we have a 2007 BMW M5 and a 2012 VW GTI also and I can put what I want in the tires and press a button to set the systems. It then alerts me if a tire is losing pressure. Our 2007 Carrera is driving us crazy as it tells you what you have to put in it so you end up with the hardest riding car in the driveway, not to mention tires wearing out in the centers. We (my son, daughter and wife) race all of the cars above (ok not the M5, interstates are her strength) in SCCA Solo events and we have very good tire pressure gages and even a tire pyrometer. So how does one disconnect this system and let us check the pressures like the good ole days??? Please any help would be great to get that stupid light off. Also,When I am in the system I NEVER see the partial load setting, only full load. I would try that first if I could find it?
