everything except coolant stuff can be done with engine in the car, however it takes 5-6 hours for someone that knows what they are doing to do injectors on 997TT.... with engine out we are talking 30 minutes. inlet pipes 2-3 hours vs..... 5 minutes with engine out. plugs and coils 4-5 hours engine in vs.... 15 minutes engine out
+1

The only thing I'd like to add is when we looked at the coolant pipes we decided against welding and pinned them instead due to metals being welded together. OEM is cast/porous and given pressure is very low there we just thought pinning would remove any weld concerns out of the equation. Many people have welded them as well without having issues but stuff like that takes a good amount of weather impact, cold/hot cycles for signs of fatigue to show.

I did all the above minus the plenum (pinned coolant pipes, none of mine were loose) plus the water pump, clutch, and serpentine belt.

I decided on "1000cc injectors with the stock 3psi regulator." Cobb tuning is the one creating the magic though. This is considered a great upgrade for me with the injector installment.

Will report back once I install the tune.

Water pump, coolant pipes welded, inlet pipes upgraded, and, I did the follow prior, Spark plugs, Coils, and GT2RS intercoolers.
