Yes you are missing boost

The botl limits rpms by cutting ignition leaving lots of fuel still burning creating gases to spin your turbines.

Without botl you have no load on the engine thus no boost at all.

Haha exactly. Mitch is the fkn man. I've been waiting for him to to see it and he did so for the record yes the price is the same as new because I'm not selling it. I'm surprised no one caught on

Mitch any updates for us guys without Chrono Sport / LC control?

I did the Upgraded Turbos from FP, the Upgraded IC's from AMS and 3" AWE Exhaust and the car is still on the of the shelf State 2 Tune. Now the car whips the but out and is very fast, but I feel 18PSI is not enough. I Boost Leak Tested it, so its not a leak, I think the tune is only 18 PSI.
