No turbo psi after 4 year tune-up???

I just did the 4 year service which included plugs. Prior to tune-up I had 4 years/ 19,000 miles of completely trouble free motoring. Now when I press on the accelerator firmly I do not get any turbo boost psi, no kick down and not much acceleration. There is a swoosh air sound coming from the driver's side engine compartment. I guess the old saying "if it isn't broke don't fix it" really does make sense. Does anyone know what is wrong? I'll be bringing back to dealer next week.

Funny that you wouldn't get a code. It sounds like they didn't connect a turbo hose on the driver's side. Not a big deal - just check all boost hoses. If you find one loose, just push it in until it clicks. Hopefully, the one they left off can easily be reached without having to take the bumper off...

Sounds like a hose was left loose and it came off. Take a peek around and make sure all your hoses are on.

I'm a DIY guy, but I would just take it back to the dealer unless its a huge hassle. You paid to have it done right. The more you mess with it the more likely they will try to say it's not their fault.

Either intercooler hose or plenum hose is loose or disconnected. Don't test things by getting on the throttle in this case - you could overspin the turbo I believe.

As others have suggested....have the dealer look at it again. The intercooler hose blew off because they did not clamp it properly to the Y pipe, or did not snap it in to the IC properly on that side....you really have to push it to get it to snap.

Good luck!

Look at the Y-Pipe, that is what happened to mine after my mayor service.

Brought it into the dealer today and you guys were right. The intercooler hose was not properly connected. Thanks for all the responses.
