Hi, I have 997T with APR and I am extremely happy with the result. I am thinking now to replace th stock exhaust with complete AKRAPOVIC system with headers and 100 cpsi cats. Anyone having the same setup to give me any inside? I am mostly wondering if the exhaust makes any annoying noise in middle RPM during travel. Is there any dyno chart with same setup?

If by annoying noise you mean drone , I dont think so . Thats why you pay that much for a titanium cad produced exhaust.
If you want my opinion since you are located in greece , you should listen to kline exhaust also. My friends there (tuning on road) did you so you can hear by yourself maybe

 

That exhaust sounds great IMHO.

 

Hello, I havthe akra on my car. Car sounds great when cruising then opens up nicely under throttle. At mid RPM you can here it slightly but not a droning noose by any means. Highway cruising it great. I find I always want to give it a little extra throttle to hear the turbos spool and exhaust note. You'll be extremely happy with your purchase. I know I am!

I am about to pick up the akrapovic system as well. Anyone running this exhaust with a Cobb tune and no cats?

 

best sounding exhaust for a 997 there is.

 

I'm running Cobb tune with 100 cell cats. Mainly went with the tune because I was told the exhaust would throw a CEL. I didn't get a CEL but I'm happy with the tune.

For my setup at least, no CEL with 100 cats and no tune - a few other board members I spoke to before fitting this system a few years ago also had zero CEL issues.
