i went step lip on 20's and i think they look just right - the reverse lip on a 20" would make the wheels look even bigger than 20" already are IMO.

I personally like the wheel#2 visible hardware. Anyway, just get what you really like, and keep us posted.

IMO wheel 1 is boring and looks like a stock wheel get wheel 2 in a nice finish and exposed hardware they are custom wheels for a reason, make em yours!
