Best way to add Bluetooth on 2007 Turbo
Oops, I thought the DIY was posted here but it isn't. And the guy that put it together did it on his TT, so even better (not that it matters).
I won't link it since it is on a different forum, but if you google "tranzit blu 997 DIY" it will be the first result.
The most difficult parts IMO are removing the leather panels next to the PCM (specifically, the top clips can be difficult to get to disengage -- dont' twist or rock up/down, just pull forward harder). The other is the simple cam locks that hold the PCM in place -- one of mine fell out and getting it back in was a bit of a pain.
Watch the video and read through the DIY a couple times, make sure you have the right tools, and set aside 2 hours for when you do it. It should take much less, but you could be crazy like me and use extra time to thoroughly clean when some of the panels are out, etc.

Installed a tranzit blue system and was very happy with it. You can buy everything you need (tranzit kit and the harnesses) from Amazon which had better pricing than say a Best Buy. Install is pretty straight forward and took about an hour or so. There is a phone app that makes setup and connection pretty straightforward.
I have a Tranzit Blue as well. Very easy to install. Pretty basic operation but works very well and sound is very good.
