Improving handling

I currently have techart springs which have improved the ride quality and handling significantly however what would be the next step to make it that bit sharper. The majority of use is for fast road driving. Thanks

With using what you have, I would suggest the TPC DSC module, or you might get what you desire from a more aggressive alignment.

I'm in the same process as you.

I only have the DSC box atm.
The DSC from Tpc really fixed the bad stock normal and sports suspension settings.

Next steps:

-Eibach springs (basically the same as you), as I don't feel the need to go full coil over with the DSC being so great, but want the 20 mm drop.
-Tarrett rear toe links, to keep toe in check.
-Semi solid engine mounts, probably wevo (yellow)
Alignment with front -1.2 camber, rear -1.6, toe front 0, rear +10' or 15'
Maybe:
-GT2 rear sway bar

The Tarrett sway bar links are awesome, and not that expensive.

Yea the sway bar end links are nice, but not the price of their toe links... haha they charge close to $400 for each side, where as the Torque Solutions are $400 for the pair...

True :-), but they make some really good stuff...my shop races with all their suspension components and has had no issues, the beat the **** out of those Caymans!

I'm on the same boat. I think adding GT3 front control arms and tarrett rear drop links to that list helps tremendously also.

Thanks, I think DSC is a bit expensive so may start with sway bars.

Something to keep in mind when doing suspension work. After every new piece of equipment, you're going to need an alignment. My suggestion would be to decide what your end goal is, and try to implement the phases with multiple parts at a time. Alignments add up after a while. With that said, aftermarket swaybars make a significant difference over stock.

If you just want to lower with little more aggressive cornering, firmer ride, faster turn in etc. Set of lowering springs and sways are a good start. The DSC module is prolly the single best mod for our cars suspension hands down. I have driven mine with stock springs and eibachs both are great. Eibach springs and sway are cheap and work good. Then you would want to start with a more aggressive alignement will also drastically change the cars turn in and dynamics.

Rear toe arms are necessary when lowered to get toe in check. Tarrett, TPC, rss, all good products.

I also have the wevo engine mounts, great mode. Stiffer trans mount is also a nice add on. Solid rear subframe bushings with also keep the rear subframe movement out that can happen under high g loads and change alignment settings.

If you are going to track the car next step would be gt3 cup or other lower control arms, monoballs, etc.

Coilovers are also great with camber plates that will allow further more aggressive camber settings. The Bilsteins are good, but my next purchase is the Tractive dampers from TPC they are the best out there. But not cheap.

Basic next steps:
After market sway bars: GMG, Eibach, H&R, Tarett
Drop links: Tarett Engineering http://www.tarett.com/
Bridgestone RE 11 tire (stiff sidewall) or R comp tire (good for track, bad in the rain)

Improved handling will nearly invariably worsens ride, btw.

I summarize steps you could do to improve handling in Bilstein thread in my signature. Hope this helps.

Have now spoken to a few tuners who have said tpc is the way forward for road use. However want to get a ride in one first as there is often a few for sale used even though the owners still own the car.
