60mm gauge mount for sport chrono wart

I'm trying to gauge interest here - I am currently cadding and getting prototypes CNC'd - it would be a true 60mm gauge mount that would fit IN the wart and mount a true 60mm gauge and still swivel, gauge would be counter sunk to look OEM, or possibly rear mounted like the OEM clock/gauge is.

Part would be made out of a single piece CNC aluminum, and could be annodized or coated any color, default will be to color match the OEM so it looks stock.

I expect to have a prototype with in the week. Estimated cost for the first batch would be 2-300$ depending on how many I cut.

Also, I am considering cutting the EXACT oem pod in billet (since I have to draw it out anyway) - and that pod could also be colored and would be far more durable than the OEM plastic.

Anyway, this is just a gauging interest - if you're interested please let me know, not looking for commitment or money just trying to decide if it's worth looking beyond the one off I am having built for my own car.

I am using a DEFI A1 gauge as a model, it should fit well with nearly any 60mm gauge but here is the gauge I am using to build the model out of.

all of the defi models have similar sizing so should fit equally well, some other 60mm gauges are also very close

http://www.defi-shop.com/products/ad.../summary_ada1/

The problem with back mounting like the sport chrono is is that the swivel base will be trimmed so far back that the gauge would be sunk pretty deeply into the wart and look unnatural, so the goal is to have it mount from the front like a traditional aftermarket gauge would be but to CNC countsink it so it looks flush and still would swivel like the original design.

the 52mm gauge was very easy and clean to use, but at that distance and in that location the extra 8mm will be nice.
