Did the 4 step (impossible process) twice as close as I could.

Every field is good except the Secondary and vent. I now am starting the car every morning until the Secondary pump turns off (1.3+mins.)

I know the pump is working as the engine drops in idle RPM from 1,100rpm to 600rpm.

I'll give it a week with this process. If no change, i'll drop it off at the dealership for a few weeks for them to correct.

Can anyone else relate to this issue with a Cobb flash?

I should have my gas cap tomorrow but, I wont be able to test it until Sunday.
I had posted earlier, I had to use a Cobb OTS flash modified for the 1000cc injectors. With that and a stock exhaust, I was able to clear all the monitors except 1 (enough to pass in texas) within 3 drive cycles. My secondary air pump has always cycled, even with the race tunes, on cold starts.

What OTS did you use? I have the car flashed with an OTS stage 3 and the secondary pump definitely turns on and off once warm.

How long did it take to clear the secondary pump once reflashed?

Ran through the cycle a couple of times., with no luck I also have an OTS stage 3 with 1300 settings. I still can't get the same two you are having issues with, to say pass. I may end up throwing back on my stock injectors and reflashing a stage 1 OTS map. I put the stock exhaust on by the way, and of course I am not flooring it, it's just for emissions purposes.

Forgot to mention, my secondary pump also turns on without issues.

Wow!! But that's great news. Does your local emissions allow 4/5 readiness codes to pass? Mine does, so if i could get it to 4, I should be good. I'll keep at it.

In Texas you can pass with 1 monitor showing "not ready".

DOOBEE is infamous around these partsDOOBEE is infamous around these parts
Just following up here to see if there was anything further? I wouldn't say the perseverance has paid off yet, I didn't see anyone with a clean slate yet, even with the stock exhaust. I'm assuming I'll have to pull the injectors and swap to another brand of tune again when its time.

Update: Still have the "Secondary Air Pump" not passing. I haven't really drove the car for the past month or so. When I find the time, I'll just take it to the dealer for them to fix the dang thing.
