997.1 TT Tuners
I dont know if Todd does Cobb? I have his turbos and he is a great guy. Robb is out of the country and doesnt do Pcars as far as i know.
My tune was done by Dzenno. I would rate him a 8/10. VERY good tuner and he knows what he is doing with this platform, but he seems to be busy with 5000 projects so you have to bug him for weeks sometimes to get a revision, etc. I would recommend Dzenno if you dont mind waiting.

In my experience, using a COBB Accessport V3 with our pro-tuners custom file have show phenomenal results.

I have a custom tune from him also. Some drive-ability issues,.. and it pulls 5+ degrees of timing at times (usually around 4,100 rpm).
The tune is locked,.. so I'll have to have another tuner tune it from scratch on a dyno this Spring.
I won't do remote tuning again. Better to fly the tuner to you.

Tuning what? Bolt-on setups, built motors, stock ECU, standalone, FlexFuel/Anti-Lag features, etc.? You prefer someone local or "the best"?
Need more info before you people can make an appropriate recommendation.

Really just wanted to know who's the best in the country - top 3.

AND of course, there's lots of other options if you're interested in not using COBB going forward or standalone, etc. etc. However, I would highly recommend dyno tuning (with some drivability street tuning) with someone local in case the car starts acting up. Nothing will ever replace having that hands-on assistance.
